Golden Rabbit Year
Happy Chinese New Year!!! Yup, it's the Rabbit year but no, I'm not actually celebrating it. My sister is.. kind of.. ehehhee.. She was born on in this year, 24 years ago, and she's planning to tie the knot this year as well! Now, she's already half way there! So the Engagement ceremony was held at my house, on the 12022011... I wish it could actually be 11022011.. but that will be verrryyy ironic.. I couldn't say here why.. eheheh...
Our house turned into a very chaotic shelter to be live in.. Hahaha..If my mum didn't be that strict, I don't think we could finish everything on time! I've prepared the gift (dulang hantaran) together with my mum and also did her make up on that day. We thought of serving finger foods only, but end up having quite a lot of food. My sister's friend contributed cupcakes and brownies which was soooo yummeh. You can call me for contact. eheh..
So this was the 'Dulang Hantaran'. 7 number, and the guy side gave back us 5. We had Chocolate, Shirt and Belt, Cupcakes (its very2 cute), fruits, Sirih Junjung, Bunga Rampai and Hair Gel Set.
It's a very fun part for me, and I really enjoy doing this. I think, I'm going to learn more about it, and who knows, it could be a good source of side income?
Does it looks okay? I really did not put much effort except for Sirih Junjung... that thing really hitting my nerve and my back ached really bad....
So, her make up, we did a rehearsal twice, to ensure she'll satisfied with the choice of colour and tone whatsoever..
Yeay! I did it! The ceremony went well. God blessed us with a quite heavy rain right after everybody almost finish eating.. ehehe... Below is few pictures of the event.

phewwww... I'm glad the day already ended. It is such a lot of preparation. I couldn't imagine when the reception is coming.. sure more chaotic than this one. I've been running away from office, leaving my unfinished joob, but its really worth! It does felt more worth when we have to keep our beloved cat out from the room where all the gifts were kept.... She was really fierce and create riots and chaos in her own way. Like this one, she just trying to provoke us to scold her and get some attention.
All that she had done just because, she really want to sleep on her usual place, which is here.
Ahahahaha... Luckily Ichiko doesn't even care to see what's happening in the house...
